Refund Policy
Digital products
All Axistralis products are digital files (PDF) delivered instantly after payment. Because of the digital nature of the product, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds for a simple change of mind once the file has been successfully delivered.
Technical issues
If your file did not arrive, the download is corrupted, or you are experiencing a technical problem accessing your purchase, we will resolve it promptly.
Write to [email protected] with the email address used at checkout and your Stripe receipt. We typically reply within two business days.
Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback without first contacting us will result in the download link being permanently revoked. We always prefer to resolve issues directly and quickly.
