What is sold here
Axistralis sells digital written guides, delivered as PDF files. Nothing physical is shipped. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no membership.
Price and payment
Prices are shown on each product page in US dollars and include no hidden fees from us. Payment is processed by Stripe; Axistralis never sees or stores your card details.
Your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion charge. That charge is theirs, not ours, and we cannot refund it.
Delivery
Your guide becomes available immediately after payment is confirmed, on a download page reached from the Stripe confirmation.
If that page fails, or you close it before downloading, write to hello@axistralis.com from the address you paid with. The file will be sent to you directly. There is no time limit on this — a paid order is a paid order.
Refunds
All sales are final. The complete guide is delivered the moment payment clears, so it cannot be returned in any meaningful sense.
Please read what a guide includes before buying, and ask first if you're unsure whether it fits you.
If you live in the EU or UK: consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right does not apply once you have given express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. By completing checkout and downloading the guide, you give that consent.
This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, materially different from its description, or was never delivered. In those cases, write and it will be corrected or refunded.
What you may do with a guide
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to read and keep the file, and to print a copy for your own use.
You may not resell it, republish it, upload it to file-sharing or content sites, distribute it in groups or communities, or use its contents to produce a competing product. The guides are original work; copyright stays with Thea Astralis.
Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link is fine and welcome.
What these guides are — and are not
The guides interpret Starseed archetypes as a symbolic and reflective framework. They are not science, and they are not presented as scientifically established fact.
They are not medical advice, psychological diagnosis, psychotherapy, legal advice, or financial advice. They do not predict the future and they cannot tell you whether a relationship will last.
Nothing here substitutes for a qualified professional. If you are struggling with your mental or physical health, please consult one. You remain responsible for your own decisions.
Availability
This site is provided as it is. Occasional downtime, maintenance, or the withdrawal of a product from sale may happen. Guides already bought remain yours regardless.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the seller is established. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions in your own country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there.
