Very little is collected

The short version: no advertising, no data selling, and no profile of you is built or shared. One privacy-focused analytics tool counts visits so we can tell which pages people actually read. Anything more only appears if you buy something, write an email, or hand over your address at the end of the quiz — and you can ask to be removed from that list whenever you like.
Who is responsible
Axistralis is run by Thea Astralis, an individual, and is the controller of any personal data described here. For anything in this policy, write to hello@axistralis.com.
If you only read the site
There is no advertising pixel and no fingerprinting. Three parties see something when you visit:

None of this is used to work out who you are by name, and none of it is combined with your purchase or your emails.
If you would rather not be counted at all, any browser's "Do Not Track" setting, private browsing, or a content blocker will stop the analytics script from loading. Nothing on the site breaks if you do.

If you buy a guide
Payment runs entirely through Stripe. Your card number never touches this site and is never visible to us.
Stripe collects your name, email address, payment details and country. We can see, in the Stripe dashboard, that an order was paid — including the email address and the amount — because that is how a purchase is matched to a delivery.
The download page checks with Stripe whether your specific order was paid before releasing the file. That check reads the order status; it does not create any new record about you.
Stripe is an independent controller for the payment itself and keeps records for as long as its own legal and tax obligations require. Its privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
If you send an email
Messages to hello@axistralis.com are forwarded by Namecheap to a Gmail inbox. That means your address, your message, and anything you attach are stored there.
Correspondence is kept as long as it is useful for support, then deleted. Writing to us never adds you to a mailing list — that only happens if you enter your email into the quiz yourself.
If you take the archetype quiz
Finishing the quiz asks for your email before showing the result. If you enter it, three things are saved to a private Google Sheet: your email, the first name you typed if you typed one, and which archetype you scored. Your individual answers are not stored.
This is the one place where Axistralis keeps a list. It exists so we can send you occasional updates — new guides, new tools. It is never sold, shared, or handed to an advertiser.
The sheet lives in Google Drive, so Google processes it as our provider. To be removed, write to hello@axistralis.com and the row is deleted — no reason needed, no questions asked.
You can also simply close the page at that step. The quiz works without giving an email; you just don't see the result.
What is never done
- Your data is not sold, rented, or traded. Not now, not later.
- No profiling and no automated decisions are made about you.
- You are not added to any marketing list because you bought something.
- No advertising network receives anything from this site.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can object to how it is used, and ask to receive it in a portable form.
Write to hello@axistralis.com and you'll get an answer within 30 days. There is no charge.
One limit worth being honest about: records that Stripe must keep for tax and accounting purposes cannot be deleted on request, because that obligation overrides the request. Everything within our control can be.
If you're in the EU or UK and you're unhappy with how a request was handled, you have the right to complain to your national data-protection authority.
Children
These guides are written for adults, and nothing here is directed at children. If you believe a minor has sent personal data, write and it will be removed.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how data is handled will be described here rather than quietly edited in.
