Axistralis is run by one person, not a support department. Every reply comes from Thea Astralis.

What to expect

Replies usually arrive within two working days. If more than four days pass with no answer, assume something went wrong in delivery and write again — occasionally a message lands in spam on one side or the other.

If your download didn't arrive

This is the fastest thing to fix, so write immediately rather than waiting. Include the email address you paid with and, if you still have it, the Stripe receipt. That's enough to find your order and send the guide directly.

You don't need to explain or justify anything. A paid order that didn't deliver is our problem to solve, not yours.

Before you buy

Questions about what a guide covers, whether it fits your situation, or what's inside before you spend money are welcome. It's better for both of us that you buy the right thing.

What this isn't

Axistralis sells written guides. It does not offer crisis support, therapy, medical advice, or personal readings by email.

Refunds
